What is the weather like in Florida in April?

​The average high and low in Rosemary Beach is 72 degrees and 62 degrees. Please note that the spring weather can be unpredictable. We recommend a jacket and light layers for the morning and evening and light spring clothing for the daytime.​​

Will there be any out-of-pocket costs?

During the official dates of the program, expenses associated with overnight accommodation, and sponsored meals and activities will be covered for you. Incidental charges (i.e., meals not listed on the official program, room service, dry cleaning, phone calls, faxes, business center charges, etc.) incurred during your stay will be at your own expense.

Will I be responsible for any tips or gratuities?

We’ve got it covered! All tips and gratuities for hotel porterage, housekeeping, and sponsored activities are included. Gratuities for additional activities or services outside of the program are at your own expense.

What if I have allergies and/or dietary requirements?

Please list all allergies and/or dietary restrictions on the registration form.

Once I have registered, can I make changes to my selections?

You will be able to make changes, based on availability, at any time when registration is open. After registration closes, you will be responsible for any additional costs/penalties incurred.​
